traveled to attend many competitions and has been rated #1
in various states such as Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and
Chicago, IL. In addition, Oscar has toured Mexico in order
to train many of Mexico's top salon owners. |

Oscar
has been in the hair business for many years. He is a licensed
class A barber and hair stylist. His work is very accurate and precise.
He is actually considered by
his peers as a Hair Engineer.
Oscar attended one of the best barber colleges in the state of
Texas under the tutelage of "the renowned Mr. Jack Barrett,"
and at that time his sister was president for the Barber Board of
Texas.
